This is a popular viral video going around of a bunch of Filipino teenagers celebrating Miss Philippines' Maria Venus Raj sneaking into the top 15 round of Miss Universe who would go on and make the top 10 and become a top 5 finalist. Unfortunately her awkward and cocky answer to the question she gave during the pageant costing her to win the Miss Universe Crown (below), she had a shot at winning it all before the pageant even started! The viral video at first seems to be just regular fans celebrating a beautiful woman's success.
