+ A new idea of how to make money in online poker

If you are a sub-par to average poker player who is hemorrhaging money playing online poker, then this is the article for you! I have found the perfect way to make a decent amount of money, (around 50 dollars per day), but it involves some serious grinding. As long as your are patient, and you don't mind playing ABC poker, then this is a full proof method. Break out the Enya and open up a couple of bags of sun flower seeds, because you will be in for a long day. However, at the end you will most assuredly have made a profit.


Let me break it down for you step by step:

Step 1- Open up PokerStars.com and log in.
Step 2- Go to the tab ?Tourney? and go to the tab below it that says ?All?.
Step 3- There is a little arrow in the lobby that is used to make it easier to find certain tournaments, so click on the tab ?buy in? and have the arrow facing up.
Step 4- Step 3 is just to simply things, but if you are confused you can find what I am getting you to without step 3.
Step 5- Scroll down to the $10 + $1 dollar Tournament called the ?$11 Sunday ? Million [250K Guaranteed]? and click on it.
Step 6- Once you have the tournament up you will see a bunch of what are called ?satellites? in the corner of the screen. They will range from 1-2 dollars in buy in or will cost fpp's (frequent player points).
Step 7- Buy into as many $2 + $0.20 cent Turbo 36 person games as you can handle.


Now that you are in these, you need to understand the overall goal. The point of playing these smaller satellites is to get a buy in to the larger game, which in this case is an 11 dollar one. The $2.20, 36 player games let the top 6 people advance to the bigger tournament. If you make it in the top 6 you should go to the main lobby of PokerStars, click on ?Requests? at the top, scroll down to ?Registered in Tournaments...?, and it will take you to the big tournament that you have been registered for upon winning the satellite. Once you are there you click on ?Unregister?, and your account will be credited with 11 tournament dollars.


You can use the tournament dollars in any sit and go or tournament, or if you would like to trade them in, there are many trusted online sites that will convert them over to real money for a small percentage. I would personally just use them in smaller sit and go's or tournament's, whereupon they will turn into real money if you place.


This may seem complex, but there are so many ?regulars? who have latched onto seemingly every other place that used to be profitable for decent poker players. There are no sharks in these waters, just your everyday Joe American trying to hit it big in the $11 Sunday Quarter Million.


All you have to do to place in the top 6 in these games is play super tight and wait until the blinds get big, (around 100-200), and then just pick a good hand and go all in pre-flop. If you play enough of them, you should be able to turn a profit over time. Warning: This system is only for people with a lot of time on their hands and who are patient enough to make a small amount of money over a days time. Think of it as a minimum wage job, but you can watch TV and eat seeds all day. You can't put it on your resume though.
