Since the target market for most hardcore games are males between the ages of 18-35, it's always a surprise when you hear a female voice on the other end of the microphone. Being a women gamer is like being any major minority group who feels they are oppressed by the more powerful majority. A girl gamer is either stereotyped as inferior, ugly looking, or simply a huge loser that lacks friends. The irony of this is that the traditional male gamer is stereotyped to have the same characteristics, with the exception that males are good.
Anyways, it's always a good laugh when you hear a girl tear apart a douche bag making fun of her online. Here is a hilarious video I watched that shows the reversal of fortune!
