I came across this video while surfing the Bodybuilding.com forums. It is a video of Amanda Harris, who looks like your average petite girl, bench pressing 265 lbs. This is quite impressive considering she apparently weighs only 118 pounds. Although her ROM (range of motion) is not the best, and you cannot tell how much her spotter is helping her, nonetheless the video is still quite insane.
