Paul Pierce
He is my favorite player in the NBA, but if I weren't a Celtics fan, his game and antics would be hard to tolerate. For one, whenever he puts the ball on the floor and tries to get to the hoop, he has a pained look on his face which looks as if he being stabbed by 100 needles. He has that look perfected, and combine that with his flailing limbs and his ability to use props [wheelchair], and what you have is a guy who can annoy anyone....Read more
After the Eagles victory over the Detroit Lions, Coach Andy Reid told the media that Kevin Kolb will be the Eagles? starter next week against Jacksonville, barring complications. Well apparently some complications must have happened between Sunday?s press conference and Wednesday night because Andy Reid announced that Vick will start against the Jaguars....Read more
According to ESPN?s Chad Ford and Marc Stein, it is believed that the New Jersey Nets are the frontrunners to trade for Carmelo Anthony. The Nets make the perfect trade partner for the Denver Nuggets because they can offer 3rd overall draft pick Derrick Favors who is a tremendous athlete with tons of potential, the expiring contracts of Troy Murphy and Kris Humphries, along with one other future first-round pick....Read more
Coming off a huge win two days ago at home against the Patriots, all seemed to be going well in Jets camp. The mini-scandal involving a a female reporter in the locker-room, their tough loss in week one to the Ravens, and even Revis' minor injury in week two seemed to have been forgotten. However, Braylon Edward's or ?stone hands? as I like to call him, changed all of that when he got arrested for DWI in Manhattan early this morning....Read more

Lately, I have had a few encounters with people I classify as ?knee-jerk fans.? These are fans that completely overreact to a play or a game without thinking. They take one small event, blow it out of proportion and then make hasty judgments which they believe to be fact. ...Read more
I don't think it would work out too well if a male sports reporter was running around a WNBA locker room, trying to slap Diana Taurasi with a towel, and then claiming to be the ?center of attention? and ?having all eyes on me?. One could argue that this is more or less what Mexican television reporter Ines Sainz has been doing in pro football locker rooms, and she has recently been at the top of the headlines for her drama with the New York Jets....Read more
The Monday night football game featuring the Jets and Ravens was nothing short of painful to watch if you were a Jets fan. Mark Sanchez looked like a recovering crack addict when he was forced to do something other than hand the ball off. He finished with an anorexic 74 yards of passing, with a 10-21 clip. I really think I could manage the Jets offense as well as ole Mark does. ...Read more
Chris Berman, born in Greenwhich, Connecticut (go figure), has been the face of ESPN for the last 30 years. Some people, (I haven't met one yet) love him, and many hate him. I fall into the second category. The guy is as obnoxious and arrogant as they come, and after you read this article, you too will see that there is no denying how much of a jerk he is....Read more
