As this week approached I was so excited, for two reasons in particular. The first was the season finale of Entourage, and the second was the release of Halo: Reach. Both have been mainstays in my life for almost a decade and while the Halo franchise has had a greater impact on my life I don?t think I can sell short the endless number of conversations in relation to Entourage. The Online Engineer has recently posted a video of a worker climbing to the top of a transmission tower. The ascent is a cool 1768 feet, which is higher than the Sears Tower, Empire State Building as well as the Eiffel Tower. Small girl bench presses over double her body weight
U mad she's stronger than you?
I came across this video while surfing the Bodybuilding.com forums. It is a video of Amanda Harris, who looks like your average petite girl, bench pressing 265 lbs. This is quite impressive considering she apparently weighs only 118 pounds. Although her ROM (range of motion) is not the best, and you cannot tell how much her spotter is helping her, nonetheless the video is still quite insane.
